2022年7月17日　神と新型コロナウィルス-6

日本の夏は耐えられないほど暑い時があります。
「暑い！暑い！」と自分の口から出ることばは時々つぶやきのように聞こえます。
主に心を向けて「ごめんなさい！」と謝る時、つぶやきは主への感謝に変わります。
「扇風機とエアコン、水道から出る富士山の美味しい水、お風呂、食べ物、すべてを感謝します！」
暑くても、辛くても、痛くても、イエス様はいつも一緒にいてくださいます。
３年ぶりにファミリーキャンプに行けることを感謝しましょう！
また、苦しんでいる世界のために祈りましょう！
感謝に新しい力と喜びが伴ってきます。

The Japanese summers sometimes get unbearably hot.
When I hear the words, “So hot! So hot!”, coming out of my mouth, it often sounds like complaining.
As I then turn to the Lord and ask him to forgive me, my complaining turns to thanksgiving:
“I thank you Lord for fans and air conditioning, for the tasteful tap water from Mt. Fuji, for baths, food, for everything !”
Even if it’s hot, difficult or we’re in pain, Jesus is always with us.
Let’s also give thanks for being able to have our family camp for the first time in three years!
Thanksgiving is followed by new strength and joy.
