今日は受難節の第三日曜日です。
当時の王様と偉い人々は馬や馬車に乗りましたが、イエス様が王としてメシヤとして驢馬（ろば）に乗って、エルサレムに入られました。
御自分の栄光と地位を捨てて、しもべの姿を取り、私達の中の一人になって下さいました。
群衆は「ダビデの子に祝福あれ」とイエス様を迎えましたが、後で、「十字架につけろ」と叫びました。
今日、主が「シオンの娘よ。喜び歌え。楽しめ。見よ。わたしは来て、あなたのただ中に住む。」と言われます。(ゼカリヤ2:10)
祝福と喜びを持って、王なる主を迎えましょう！

Today is the third Sunday in Lent.
In those days kings and dignitaries often rode on a horse but when Jesus entered Jerusalem as King and the Messiah he rode on a donkey.
He laid down his own glory and position, took the form of a servant and became one of us.
The crowd greeted him by ” Hosanna to the son of David. Blessed is he…” but later on they shouted:” Crucify him, crucify him!”
Today the Lord speaks to us through Zechariah2:10 :
“Shout and be glad, O Daughter of Zion.
For I am coming, and I will live among you.”
Let’s receive our Lord and King with blessings and joy!
