受難週、枝の日。
イエス様が十字架につけられた時、全地は三時間暗くなりました。
その間イエス様は想像できないほどの苦しみを受けられました。
肉体の苦しみだけでなく、父なる神に完全に見捨てられ、私たちの罪に対する神様の怒りがイエス様の上に注がれたのです。
「わが神、わが神、どうしてわたしをお見捨てになったのですか？」と叫ばれ、神の小羊のいけにえとして捧げられました。
最後に「完了した」と仰り、罪と死と悪魔に打ち勝ってくださいました。
主の前にひれ伏し、感謝をもつて主を礼拝し、祝福しましょう！

Holy Week, Palm Sunday.
When Jesus was crucified, darkness came over the whole land.
During this time Jesus suffered unimaginable pain and agony.
Not only physically, but totally forsaken by his Heavenly Father, the wrath of God because of our sin was poured upon him.
“My God, my God, why have you forsaken me.”, he cried out and was sacrificed as the Lamb of God.
Last he said, “It is finished” and conquered sin, death and the devil.
Let’s bow down before the Lord with thanksgiving and worship and bless him!
