今日から新しい教会年に入り、アドベント（降臨節）の最初のろうそくに火をつけました。
アドベントの間は主の誕生のお祝いを待ち望むと同時に、キリストが帰って来られる日に対する整えの時です。
御国は近いです。
自分の信仰はくすぶる燈心のようにみえても、主はそれを燃えるたいまつに変えて下さるお方です。
主の力が弱さのうちに完全に現れるので喜びをもってキリストを伝えていきましょう！

Today we’ve entered a new liturgical year and have lit the first candle of Advent.
During Advent we look forward to celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus but we also prepare our hearts for his second coming.
The Kingdom of God is near.
Even if our faith might look like a smoldering wick the Lord can change it into a blazing torch.
The power of the Lord is perfected in weakness so let’s proclaim Jesus joyfully through our words and deeds!
